These fillers can be dangerous to people with celiac disease. So those on a Gluten free diet need to be careful when eating any ground meat.

I hope this gives all of you a little insight into what Fillers are in the foods we eat. This is why I have preferred over the years to use a local butcher shop or meat market, they don’t have time to add Artificial Fillers.

There really are masses of people who just don’t know the absolute facts behind this. I hope more people would go out and educate themselves on this matter.
