Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie product review.

This Gluten Free chocolate chip cookie product mix is by far the easiest and fastest mix I’ve ever used.

I followed the mixing instructions on the bag, which were simple and easy.  In a matter of minutes I was putting the first batch of cookies in the oven.   In about 15 minutes they were ready and smelling great. I got 26 cookies from the
mix, had I used a little less dough on the first batch I would have got about 28 to 30.

This was the first time my family or I had tried anything Gluten Free.

I must say these cookies were Fantastic.  Everyone in the family raved about the taste and over all texture.  Needless to say I
was told I could order more mix ASAP.

I give this product:  2 thumbs up.
